There are study after study coming out about the benefits of yoga on our brains and mental health. How do we as yoga teachers bring that back into the classroom to share with our students and how do we emphasize ways the nervous system is healing through yoga. This is a beginners lesson on the nervous system, mirror neurons, brain function and purpose and how it relates directly to our yoga students. We will break down “sciency” concepts so you will be able to walk away and have something new to teach about on Monday.
